Where do ads appear?
The free version shows ads, so here's exactly where:
- No banner
No banners while you browse the app.
- Full screen
A full-screen ad when you finish a practice session or close the add-word sheet after adding 5 or more words; on iPhone, sometimes when you open the app.
- No ads
Never while you type words or practise.
Pro has no ads at all.
What happens when I reach the limit?
Everything you've added stays open and you can keep practising. You only need Pro to add new notebooks or new words.
Pro
Buying and restoring
- You buy Pro inside the app, and Google Play or the App Store takes the payment. We never see your card details.
- On a new phone, sign in with the same store account and tap Restore purchases to get Pro back.
- Pro is linked to your Word Notebook account and your store account.
Why no subscription?
A vocabulary notebook isn't something you should have to buy again every month. You get Pro once, and that's it.
Questions about Pro
Is Pro a subscription?
No. It's a one-time purchase. It doesn't renew and you're never charged monthly.
How long does Pro last?
For as long as the app is available. If paid features are added later, they'll be announced separately, and what Pro includes today won't be reduced.
Can I get a refund?
Payment is handled by the store, so refunds follow Google Play's or the App Store's refund rules.
How do I move Pro to a new phone?
Sign in with the same store account (Google Play or Apple ID) and the same Word Notebook account, then tap Restore purchases.
How much can I do with the free version?
Up to 2 notebooks and 200 words in total. Everything you've added stays open when you reach the limit.
